Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events, product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Orders placed after 5 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Xuduvu Store applies a flat shipping rate of $4.00 per order.
This rate applies to all U.S. orders, regardless of location.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
No hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
We partner with reliable U.S. carriers to ensure your phone case arrives quickly and securely.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Delays & Exceptions
Your order may be delayed if:
The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
Weather conditions or natural events disrupt carrier services.
Carriers experience delays beyond Xuduvu Store’s control.
While we cannot guarantee carrier timelines, our support team is always here to help track your package and resolve issues.
Multiple Items in One Order
Orders with multiple phone cases may ship together or separately, depending on stock availability.
If your order ships in more than one package, don’t worry — the rest of your items are still on the way.
Shipping Limitations
Xuduvu Store currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders cannot be split between multiple addresses. For different destinations, please place separate orders.
We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes in the U.S.
