At Xuduvu, we believe returning a phone case should be just as easy as buying one. That’s why we offer a 45-day return window, accept both defective and non-defective returns, and cover the return shipping cost — all to give you peace of mind.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong model, design, or color.

  • The phone case was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You changed your mind (as long as the case is still new and unused).


3. Product Condition Requirements

Acceptable Conditions

  • Item is in brand-new, unused condition.

  • No scratches, cracks, or signs of wear.

  • Original packaging is included.

Unacceptable Conditions

  • Used, scratched, or damaged phone cases.

  • Missing packaging or accessories.

  • Return initiated after 45 days.

Note: Items returned in unacceptable condition will not qualify for a refund and may be sent back at your expense.


4. How to Submit a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@xuduvu.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a free return label to download and print.

  3. Pack your case securely with its original packaging and ship it back.

  4. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing is completed within 2 business days after approval.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of confirmation.

  • After that, cancellations are not possible, but the item may be returned after delivery.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items.

  • If you’d like a different color, design, or model, follow the return steps and indicate that you prefer an exchange.


8. Gift Returns

  • If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit (digital voucher) upon return approval.
